Description
Pavago is hiring a full-time, remote Accountant to support accounts receivable, invoicing, cash flow tracking, financial reporting, accounting operations, and workflow automation. The role owns receivables collections, payment tracking, financial trackers, banking workflows, reporting accuracy, and improvements to accounting systems and processes, including migration from QuickBooks and use of automation and AI tools. Candidates need at least three years of accounting or financial operations experience, strong QuickBooks and Excel or Google Sheets skills, and availability during U.S. business hours.
