World Vision US is hiring an Accountant for its Finance Division in a hybrid role based in Federal Way, Washington. The position performs complex accounting functions, including journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements, reports, aging and audit schedules, variance analysis, internal controls, and process recommendations. It requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field or equivalent eight years of accounting experience, plus at least one year of private, corporate, or public accounting experience; not-for-profit or public grants experience is preferred. The estimated hiring range is $33.65-$38.22 per hour.
