mobile.de is hiring an Accountant (d/f/m) for its Financial Accounting & Controlling team in Berlin-Charlottenburg. The role prepares month-, quarter-, and year-end closes under IFRS and German GAAP, prepares financial statements and balance-sheet reconciliations, supports VAT and tax returns and audits, advises local business and finance teams, and drives accounting process improvement and digitalization. Candidates need at least five years of accounting experience, strong HGB and IFRS knowledge, a relevant accounting or vocational qualification, German fluency, and experience with ERP and finance technology systems. The position is hybrid, with candidates based in Berlin required to travel to Munich 1–2 days per week during the initial six months, while Munich-based candidates may commute to Berlin during the same period or relocate over time.
