Description
The Accountant supports financial reporting and accounting processes, including SEC filings, journal entries, month-end close, account reconciliations, U.S. GAAP transaction review, financial reporting, internal and external reporting, audit support, SOX compliance, data analysis, and accounting process improvement. The role requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, strong U.S. GAAP and technical accounting knowledge, advanced Excel and financial software skills, and strong communication and critical-thinking abilities; prior accounting or finance experience, a CPA or MBA, and retail industry experience are preferred.
