Accountant - Professional Services at All In One Accounting

All In One Accounting is hiring an Accountant to support a portfolio of professional-service clients, including consulting firms, law practices, marketing agencies, and staffing companies. The role handles retainer, hourly, and subscription billing; revenue recognition; invoicing and accounts receivable; month-end close; balance-sheet reconciliations; utilization and budget monitoring; payroll; fraud prevention; internal controls, and client accounting processes. The position requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or equivalent experience, at least four years of accounting experience, familiarity with professional-services billing and revenue recognition, QuickBooks Online proficiency, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple clients. The salary is $65,000–$75,000 per year, with an annual bonus of up to 10% and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
