Description
The Accounting & Consolidation Manager will lead the accounting and financial administration function, including general accounting, monthly and annual closings, financial reporting, budgets, consolidated figures, tax and legal compliance, audit coordination, and process improvement. The role also leads and develops the accounting team and collaborates with management and internal departments. It requires a relevant master's degree or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of accounting, finance, or audit experience including team leadership, knowledge of accounting, tax, and VAT regulations, strong Excel and ERP skills, and fluency in Dutch and French.
