Description
The Accounting & Financial Analyst provides accounting and analytical support across the Accounting and Finance department, with a primary focus on cost and inventory accounting. The role supports manufacturing cost analysis, inventory valuation and reconciliations, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting, and audit-related activities. It also cross-trains on cost accounting responsibilities and collaborates with Operations, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and other departments. The position requires a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, 3–5 years of relevant experience, ERP knowledge, strong Excel skills, and strong analytical and communication abilities.
