Catawiki is hiring an Accounting & Reporting Manager to lead accurate, timely, and IFRS-compliant accounting and reporting as the company grows. The role manages the month-end close, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, external auditor relationships, financial controls, process improvements, and the development of the Accounting & Reporting team. It requires an accounting degree, an RA, CPA or equivalent qualification, at least eight years of financial control and accounting experience, strong IFRS knowledge, leadership experience, and proficiency with automation and AI tools. The position is hybrid in Amsterdam, requiring at least two days per week in the office.
