Growth Operators is hiring a full-time Accounting Associate to provide advisory and outsourced accounting services to clients across multiple industries. The role supports accounts payable and receivable, cash and payroll, reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, financial statements, accounting policies, internal controls, and project management. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in accounting, at least four years of accounting experience or two years in public accounting, strong Excel and accounting-system proficiency, and the ability to work onsite in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul area as needed. The position offers a hybrid model, local and occasional out-of-town travel, health, dental, and vision benefits, and a base salary of $70,000-$95,000.
