Description
Molex is hiring an Accounting Controller in Pudong, Shanghai, to serve as the link between finance execution centers and business partners. The role owns accurate and timely financial reporting, reviews balance sheets and P&L, supports finance optimization and integration projects, advises on process execution, manages periodic corporate reporting, statutory filings, tax and internal-control initiatives, and maintains accurate finance master data. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline, at least two years of relevant experience in a corporate multinational finance organization, shared-service-center experience, business-accounting-solutions experience, SAP or One Stream knowledge, and fluent English; USGAAP, local GAAP, tax accounting, and manufacturing or trading cost and gross-margin analysis experience are preferred.
