Description
Base is hiring an Accounting Intern to support month-end close, journal entries, account and bank reconciliations, fixed-asset tracking, audit and tax support, reporting, and ad hoc accounting projects. The intern will work with the accounting team, use spreadsheets and AI tools to improve manual processes, and develop an understanding of how a real accounting close operates. The role requires a current degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, foundational accounting knowledge, strong attention to detail, spreadsheet proficiency, and clear communication; NetSuite or other ERP experience is a plus.
