Description
The Accounting Manager will lead accounting and finance operations, including financial reporting, general ledger, bank reconciliations, payroll, month-end and year-end close, GAAP compliance, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, audit preparation, and financial reporting to senior leadership. The role supervises accounting staff, supports financial systems and NetSuite ERP optimization, and contributes to profitability and cost-management initiatives. It requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, at least five years of progressive accounting and finance experience, GAAP and NetSuite expertise, and strong analytical, communication, and team-leadership skills.
