Description
The company is seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to join its finance organization in a true player-coach role. Reporting to the Controller, the person will lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, financial reporting, general accounting operations, audit support, and process/system improvements in a dynamic private equity-backed environment. The role also includes supervising 1–2 direct reports, optimizing Sage Intacct ERP workflows, supporting acquisition integrations, and maintaining strong internal controls and compliance with U.S. GAAP.
