EMH&T is hiring a full-time Accounting Manager to lead accounting functions for a project-based civil engineering organization. The role oversees accounts payable and receivable, client invoicing, financial reporting, contract and project accounting, billing, collections, cash management, fixed assets, and Deltek Vantagepoint systems. The manager will partner with project managers and operational leaders to improve project profitability, billing processes, and financial controls, while leading change management for accounting systems and processes. A BS in Accounting and strong accounting, analytical, organizational, and communication skills are required; experience in engineering, architecture, consulting, or project-based services is preferred. The position requires authorization to work in the United States without time limitations and does not offer visa sponsorship.
