Description
The Distribution Center Accounting Manager provides end-to-end accounting leadership for Distribution Center operations, reporting to the Controller. The role oversees financial close, general ledger and expense reconciliation, internal controls, forecasting, inventory and capital expenditure accounting, financial reporting, analytics, and the development of Excel-based models. It also leads and develops an accounting team and partners with distribution center leadership to support operational decision-making. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, progressive accounting experience, GAAP and close-process knowledge, inventory and distribution cost knowledge, strong analytical and leadership skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and enterprise financial systems.
