Cherry Bekaert Recruiting & Staffing is partnering with an established organization in Arlington, Virginia to hire a full-time Accounting Manager for a hybrid role. The position leads day-to-day accounting operations, including monthly close, reconciliations, financial reporting, general ledger management, journal entry review, internal controls, audit support, and accounting process improvement. The role also supervises accounting staff and supports team development. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, at least five years of progressive accounting experience, strong operational accounting knowledge, and strong analytical and communication skills; CPA and large ERP experience are preferred.
