Description
Celularity is hiring an Accounting Manager to support the finance organization of a public biotechnology company as an individual contributor. The role manages monthly and quarterly close activities, technical accounting, SEC reporting, external audits, revenue recognition, equity and stock-based compensation accounting, cash and balance sheet accounts, SOX compliance, and accounting process improvements. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, at least eight years of progressive accounting experience including public accounting or public company accounting, and strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, ASC standards, and financial reporting systems. The salary range is $120,000 to $135,000.
