Description
The Accounting Manager will oversee the accounting department in a manufacturing company, supervising accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll operations. The role is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, regulatory and tax compliance, internal controls, audit support, and cross-functional financial process improvement. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, at least five years of progressive accounting experience including two years in a supervisory or managerial role, and experience supporting manufacturing financial operations.
