Flint Hills Resources is hiring an Accounting Manager for its Mexico Fuels Accounting Team in Wichita, Kansas. The role leads and develops transaction accountants, owns Mexico Fuels transaction accounting activities, supports compliance with Mexico requirements, partners with business and finance stakeholders, and drives process improvement through automation and technology. Candidates need accounting experience, team leadership experience, and collaboration experience; a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and at least five years of accounting, finance, or similar experience are preferred.
