Description
The Accounting Manager will lead day-to-day accounting operations, supervise 3–5 accounting professionals, oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, reconciliations, general ledger, internal controls, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance activities, and partner with the Finance Director on strategic financial initiatives. The role requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field, 5–8+ years of progressively responsible accounting experience, at least 2 years supervising accounting staff, NetSuite proficiency, advanced Excel skills, GAAP and internal-control knowledge, and strong leadership and communication abilities. Construction-industry and job-costing experience are preferred.
