LECO is hiring a full-time Accounting Manager in St. Joseph, Michigan, reporting to the Corporate Controller. The role oversees monthly financial reporting, domestic and foreign consolidation, year-end audit coordination, financial reporting, internal controls, process improvements, and financial support for executives and department heads. Candidates need at least five years of manufacturing accounting experience, three years of supervisory experience, three years with Oracle or another large ERP system, strong financial analysis and communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
