Description
The Accounting Manager owns the day-to-day accounting function, supervises accounting staff, and oversees transaction recording, reconciliations, month-end, quarterly, and annual close activities. The role supports financial statements, regulatory reporting, audits, internal controls, process improvement, budgeting, forecasting, and employee development, while serving as a backup to the Assistant Controller. It requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or an equivalent field, at least five years of progressive accounting experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
