Description
Pavago is recruiting an Accounting Manager for an anonymized client to own GAAP-compliant financial reporting and core accounting operations across complex multi-entity accounts. The fully remote, full-time role covers month-end and year-end close, financial statements, general ledger and intercompany accounting, payroll, AP/AR, reconciliations, U.S. sales tax, compliance, budgeting and forecasting, reporting, process improvement, and stakeholder communication during U.S. business hours. Candidates need at least five years of accounting or finance experience, strong accrual accounting and U.S. GAAP expertise, multi-entity experience, QuickBooks proficiency, advanced Excel skills, payroll experience, sales tax filing experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.
