Accounting Manager at Rapyuta Robotics

Rapyuta Robotics is hiring an Accounting Manager to lead its Finance team and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, consolidated accounting, management accounting, internal controls, audit and disclosure support, and accounting process improvement. The role also supports business planning, forecasting, reporting, and coordination with overseas Japan, India, and United States teams, with a focus on preparing accounting and management-accounting foundations for an IPO. Candidates must have Japanese Bookkeeping Level 2 or equivalent accounting knowledge, at least five years of accounting experience in a business company, close-cycle experience, communication and teamwork skills, and basic English communication ability.
