Description
The Accounting Manager, TOM will serve as the primary onsite financial steward for a senior living community, managing local accounting, billing, accounts receivable, vendor relationships, financial reporting, compliance, and resident and family financial support. The role coordinates with centralized Centers of Excellence and the regional finance partner, provides budget and performance insights to department leaders, and supports forecasting and strategic decision-making. A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field and 6–10+ years of relevant experience are required; senior living or healthcare experience and a CPA license are preferred.
