Description
The Accounting Manager will lead the accounting team and oversee daily accounting operations, financial reporting, audits, reconciliations, payroll, budgeting, cash forecasting, and accounting controls. The role also involves supervising and training employees, coordinating with financial managers and accounting clerks, and presenting accounting KPIs to management and stakeholders. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline, at least three years of experience as an Accounting Manager or Accounting Supervisor, a CPA license, and proficiency with QuickBooks and SAP.
