van den Boom & Associates is hiring an Accounting Manager to join its internal operations team and oversee accounting coordinators. The role reviews month-end close, payroll, accounts payable, and financial reporting; maintains accounting records; analyzes financial results; and leads accounting projects, process improvements, and system implementations. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, progressive accounting experience, strong close and reporting knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with accounting systems, project management, and payroll across multiple entities or geographies is preferred.
