Description
The Accounting Manager oversees the full accounting cycle, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, standard costing, monthly and annual close, financial reporting, reconciliations, fixed assets, budgeting, forecasting, audits, and internal controls. The role also develops accounting policies, analyzes financial trends, and coaches and mentors accounting staff. It requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, 5–7 years of accounting or finance experience, and 2–3 years managing an accounting department, with a manufacturing environment preferred. The position is on-site Monday through Friday.
