Quantum Space is hiring an experienced Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations for a fast-growing aerospace and defense company. The role manages the monthly, quarterly, and annual close; project accounting, revenue recognition, billing, and indirect cost allocations; SEC and SOX reporting; government contracting compliance; audits; and accounting controls. The manager will also mentor accounting staff, improve processes, and support strategic initiatives. The position is based in Rockville, Maryland, with a base salary of $135,000–$165,000 and equity and benefits.
