Description
The Accounting Manager BNL leads the Netherlands and Belgium accounting team and owns the regional accounting environment, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, fixed assets, financial close, reporting, working capital, cash planning, treasury, compliance, audits, and accounting process automation. The role is primarily based in Eindhoven or Puurs, with regular travel to Eindhoven, Puurs, and Heerenveen, and reports to the CFO of CWS Cleanrooms (DE). It requires a bachelor's degree, at least seven years of accounting experience including three years in leadership, strong BE/NL GAAP and GL expertise, ERP and advanced Excel skills, international experience, and fluency in Dutch and English.
