The role manages the general ledger, vendors, accounts, accounting systems, internal controls, financial reporting, audits, budgets, and forecasts; supervises accounting staff; and supports school leaders with accurate financial information. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, at least five years of accounting experience including two years in a managerial or supervisory role, GAAP knowledge, accounting software proficiency, and strong analytical and communication skills.
