Cobalt Service Partners is recruiting Accounting Managers for its private equity-backed commercial access and security integration platform across multiple U.S. locations. The role owns day-to-day accounting operations for an operating company, including monthly close, reporting, controls, payroll oversight, audit support, project accounting, revenue recognition, job costing, and cash flow forecasting, with potential responsibility for managing accounting staff. The company seeks candidates with roughly 5 to 8 years of progressive accounting experience, strong GAAP and Excel skills, experience with multi-entity close and reporting, and familiarity with accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, or ServiceTitan; public accounting, project-based or construction/inventory-heavy experience, team supervision, and CPA are preferred.
