Description
SVA is hiring a Manager for its Real Estate team in Brookfield, Wisconsin. The role manages moderate-to-complex affordable-housing and real estate assurance and tax engagements, including LIHTC entities; coordinates planning, fieldwork, reviews, client communication, billing, and compliance reporting; and supervises and develops accounting staff. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, at least five years of public accounting experience serving affordable-housing, real estate, or LIHTC clients, and CPA certification. Knowledge of partnership taxation, affordable-housing accounting, LIHTC compliance, and HUD, RD, and state housing authority reporting is preferred.
