The role involves overseeing revenue accounting, implementing new systems like transaction-matching software, improving internal controls, and providing financial reporting to drive operational decisions.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 4+ years of progressive accounting, finance, or revenue accounting experience.
Experience leading, mentoring, or developing accounting professionals.
Strong understanding and application of GAAP and internal accounting controls.
Experience managing reconciliations in a high-volume transaction environment.
Demonstrated ability to leverage technology and systems to improve accounting processes and reporting.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with both financial and operational stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications: CPA preferred.
Experience with transaction-matching, account reconciliation, or financial systems such as Trintech, BlackLine, Workday, or similar platforms preferred.
Experience in restaurant, franchise, retail, hospitality, or other multi-unit environments preferred.
Experience with revenue streams involving cash, credit card, and delivery transactions preferred.
