The Accounting Operations Analyst supports the accuracy and timeliness of monthly close and financial reporting by preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, maintaining general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed asset records, and supporting job cost accounting, revenue recognition, and work-in-process preparation. The role uses ERP systems, applies GAAP and accounting policies, coordinates discrepancies, and supports audit, compliance, and process-improvement activities. A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and 1–2 years of progressive corporate and operations accounting experience are required, with construction industry experience preferred. The position offers a salary range of $82,000–$92,000 and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
