Hatch is hiring an Accounting Manager, Operations & Transformation to partner with the Financial Controller and lead the day-to-day operations of its accounting function. The role owns the monthly close, payroll and 401(k) governance, tax compliance coordination, cash and payment controls, external-partner oversight, and the redesign of manual processes into scalable workflows. It requires 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, strong U.S. GAAP and close leadership skills, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
