Description
Axon is hiring an Accounting Operations Sr. Analyst to support monthly and quarterly close activities, including GL consolidation, intercompany eliminations, reconciliations, journal entries, flux and variance analysis, internal controls, audits, and process improvements. The role partners with Controllership, FP&A, IT, and other accounting teams and supports the rollout of OneStream. It is a hybrid position based in Boston, New York, Seattle, or Scottsdale, with onsite work Tuesday through Friday and remote work on Mondays. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience, 3–6+ years of accounting experience, and strong consolidation and analytical skills; the base pay range is $109,800–$175,680 USD.
