Description
Rillet is hiring an Accounting Solutions Consultant to lead customer onboarding and deployment for its accounting and finance software. The role partners with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success; analyzes accounting and finance workflows; guides customers through training, change management, and adoption; supports data migration, reconciliations, systems setup, and integrations; and manages implementation milestones and stakeholder communication. Candidates should have 4–7 years of accounting, audit, advisory, or related customer-facing experience, a strong accounting foundation, strong communication and project-management skills, and experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams. The role is based near New York City or San Francisco, open to relocation, or remote from anywhere in the United States, with a hybrid schedule.
