Description
The Accounting Supervisor oversees office and accounting administrative teams, manages accounts receivable and payable processes, leads project accounting and job costing, supports financial analysis and reporting, coordinates month-end and year-end activities, and assists with payroll, credit approvals, billing, and process improvement. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 3–5 years of accounting experience, accounting software experience, accounting leadership experience, strong Excel and Windows skills, and knowledge of Concur, Business Central, and MS Dynamics 365. It is a full-time, permanent, in-office position with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional travel.
