Description
The Accounting Team Leader will lead approximately 10 colleagues in aaff’s Hoorn office, supporting team development, coaching, goal setting, change processes, complex files, customer visits, and difficult cases. The role combines accounting leadership with customer contact and requires demonstrable leadership experience in accounting, an advisory practice, or customer management. It is a full-time position with a salary of €4,940 to €8,233 and includes home-office, leave, commuting, and professional-development benefits.
