The Accounting Tech will maintain professional relationships with business clients while performing day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple accounts. Responsibilities include transaction coding, bank and credit-card reconciliations, month-end close support, accounts payable and receivable processing, payroll posting, compliance documentation, and maintaining audit trails. The role is intended to be hybrid, with fully remote candidates considered based on qualifications. A high school diploma is required, while accounting coursework, bookkeeping experience, Microsoft Excel, and QuickBooks Online experience are preferred or required. The position offers a salary of $55,000 to $75,000, health, dental, and vision insurance, and other benefits.
