Description
Organon is seeking profiles for future positions within its Enterprise Services & Solutions team in Lisbon, focused on Accounting to Report (AtR) and possibly Order to Cash (OtC) or Source to Settle (StS) operations. The role supports standardized, controlled financial processes across global regions, requires a strong finance/accounting background, knowledge of US GAAP and SAP S/4HANA, and involves governance, documentation, audit support, project work, mentoring, and cross-functional coordination in a shared services environment.
