Description
IPG is hiring an Accounts Payable Analyst for its Shared Services department to support accurate invoice processing, vendor payments, account reconciliations, exception resolution, month-end activities, reporting, and AP controls. The role also supports AP automation and AI initiatives, including process testing, validation, issue identification, and implementation support. Candidates need a relevant college or technical diploma or equivalent education and experience, 3 to 5 years of Accounts Payable or related finance experience, strong Procure-to-Pay and ERP knowledge, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and comfort with automation and AI-enabled tools.
