Accounts Payable Associate at Definian

Definian Data LLC and PIE Data Specialists Pvt Ltd are hiring an Accounts Payable Associate for a hybrid role based in Mumbai. Reporting to the Accounting Manager (US) and working with the Senior Staff Accountant (India), the role handles payables and expense processing, invoice approvals, vendor statement reconciliations, credit-card and expense-reimbursement compliance, bank activity application, financial close support, and audit assistance. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in commerce, accounting, or business, strong spreadsheet skills, knowledge of GST and TDS, familiarity with financial systems and Microsoft Office, and 1–2 years of relevant accounts payable experience preferred.
