Salem Five is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist to process vendor invoices, review and approve expense reports, maintain Concur and vendor records, prepare and execute checks and ACH payments, manage 1099 tax reporting, and support related accounting and inventory tasks. The role is based in the Salem, Massachusetts offices and requires a two-year certificate or equivalent education and experience. The salary range is $55,000 to $70,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
