Prefr is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee accounting, payments, treasury, vendor management, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and financial process improvement for a fast-growing fintech company. The role will manage the AP team, optimize cash flow and working capital, coordinate with auditors and internal stakeholders, and lead automation initiatives. Candidates should be Chartered Accountants with 4–7 years of experience and have strong knowledge of Indian statutory regulations, treasury management, financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit processes.
