The Invoice Payment Representative audits warranty repair invoices and processes payments to vendors while collaborating with multiple departments. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, resilience, and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or GED is required, while one year of accounts payable experience and one year of high-volume call-center or corporate customer-service experience are preferred.
