Accounts Payable Representative at Spec Building Materials

SPEC Building Materials Corporation is seeking an Accounts Payable Representative to process full-cycle accounts payable for multiple branch locations. The role involves reviewing, coding, matching, and entering vendor invoices; resolving discrepancies; preparing invoices for payment; running check runs; maintaining vendor records; and assisting with month-end closing. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong data-entry and Excel skills, attention to detail, and prior accounts payable or general accounting experience is preferred.
