EliseAI is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist to support end-to-end accounts payable operations, including invoice intake and coding, vendor management, payment runs, bank reconciliations, credit card transaction processing, month-end close, and multi-entity and multi-currency transactions. The role reports to the Assistant Controller, is based at the New York City headquarters, and requires at least two years of relevant accounts payable experience, accounting ERP experience, and strong Excel and communication skills. The position offers a base salary of $63,000 to $70,000, equity, and medical, dental, and vision coverage with premiums covered at 100%.
