IntelliPro is hiring an on-site Accounts Payable professional in Palo Alto, California, for a general recruiting FTE role. The position processes and manages accounts payable transactions, reviews invoices and expense reports, communicates with vendors, maintains financial records, and handles ad hoc finance tasks. Candidates should have at least two years of accounts payable or similar financial experience, bilingual Chinese and English communication skills, Yardi or similar accounting software proficiency, strong organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; real estate experience is a plus. The base salary is $70,000-$85,000, with benefits subject to eligibility.
